We try to schedule rehearsals for roles to fit everyone's schedules. Please let us know of any known conflicts your dancer has on Sundays in the Fall or during performance week, so that a schedule can be worked out around these times as much as possible. Please also list any known dates that your dancer will be absent from rehearsal. Please be aware that dancers who miss more than 30% of their rehearsals for a role, may lose that role as we only have approximately ten rehearsals, which is a very short amount of time to learn all the roles. Also when a dancer is absent, it makes it challenging for the cast to rehearse without them. Therefore, we ask that you limit absences to only those that are absolutely unavoidable.Please list any physical injuries/disabilities or behavioral/emotional difficulties your child has, if any, so that we can best support them.We need lots of help to produce a large production like this. Dropping out prior to the show causes extreme difficulties with casting and affects other dancers. I/we realize that participation in dance rehearsals and performances, as with other physical activities, could involve some possible personal injury. Despite precautions, accidents, injuries, or illnesses may occur. By signing this release form, I/we (the dancer and parent/ guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by Liane Fisher and Fisher Ballet Productions including, but not limited to, The Dance Experience, at 785 Terryville Ave. Bristol, CT 06010, and Cheney Hall at 177 Hartford Road, Manchester, CT. I/we agree to release and hold harmless Liane Fisher and Fisher Ballet Productions and its lessors from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. This includes teachers, dancers, staff members, and the lessors of all performance and rehearsal spaces used by Fisher Ballet Productions. I/we will not hold Fisher Ballet Productions or its lessors liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after rehearsals/performances. Furthermore, I/we agree to obey the rehearsal and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our behavior in addition to any damage I/we may cause to the facilities utilized by Fisher Ballet Productions. But we understand that everyone’s finances vary, so please ask about partial or full scholarships. We never want finances to stop a child from participating.
