This class is suitable for all body types and ages and is also beneficial and fun for children.  It will benefit students new to yoga as well as experienced students looking for an opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the poses. It teaches  flexibility, strength, and balance. Yoga is also great for sports injury prevention. Recent brain research shows that yoga and other mindful practices improves focus and relieves stress.
